Students will gain key linguistic, technical, and research skills to investigate different aspects of spoken and written language, to carry out sociolinguistic studies, and to design and implement speech and language experiments of their own.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements for postgraduate taught programmes are a 2.1 Honours degree or equivalent qualification (for example, GPA 3.0 or above) in a relevant subject unless otherwise specified. Non-native speakers of English will need to provide proof of language proficiency.
